My passion lies in helping others. Over the past decade I have had the honor and privilege to add value to others through various avenues, using leadership practices that have created growth in individuals and families while obtaining results they never imagined.  Every walk of my life (i.e. sports, military, family, education, etc.) has built my leadership framework.

 

Having obtained a BS/MA Leadership I have been exposed to numerous leadership methods. From that knowledge, I have built my leadership methods around the transformational and servant leadership methodologies. I believe serving others, bringing about change is one of the most rewarding things an individual can do while they inhabit Earth. My studies, along with hard work, have afforded me the opportunity to become a successful College Recruiter and Career/College Counselor within the education industry, motivating individuals by breaking down barriers and overcoming insurmountable circumstances to become successful individuals within society, reminding them to pay it forward.

mILBY eNTERPRISES, LLC. is a grassroots company with one goal in mind; bringing about change in the lives of others from a growth perspective.  I founded the company via a simple motto: "There is no me, without HE." Hence, the lower case "m" and "e" in the company name.  We are only a small part in the grand scheme of God's plan.

 

Thanks to strong leaders, I realize through all the failures and successes in life there is always room for growth. Personal development and growth is “key” for any individual looking to become a better leader in their daily walk.
